It's been a lil' while since I posted, not long, but a lil' while. I received my National Press Photographer Association badge, with my photo id and name on it last week. I haven't venture out using it just yet. I'm applying to Getty Images to become a "contributor" ... Have to see how that goes.
All in all ...everything is ok for the time being.
The Beast is in the Shop. The insurance company is not sure how to proceed, they assure me that my rate will not go up, I am glad I have an extra 2 million dollar rider which is separate policy under my insurance plan, that covers things, ...
Let State that the Beast is famous now, especially among automobile fans, fans of Fuck Everything Etc Etc.
The back story is that the Beast was driven back to Alexandria, by the driver who borrowed it to go to Lafayette, La. He up until this point in time was a man of good standing, had a supervisor's job with a transportation/delivery company, outstanding member of several organizations etc.......
On that Saturday night he transformed into Mario Andretti .... and was clocked at over 141 miles per hour, out ran the La State Police, and Four Separate Parish Sheriff's Departments.... there has been according to the repair shop . body repair shop, approximately more than 100 people stop in to See The Beast..
The Man, who was the driver, has fled the state, not to be found. He parked the Beast downtown on that Sunday, police cameras where on, I looked at the camera backup recording my self, he gets out of the Beast, walks away down the street, crosses the levee and is gone... the next camera picks him up on the Main Street as he walks out of town...
Gone but not forgotten.... The Beast Lives.!!!!!
